It was then that I remembered that I had infact added a code myself via the setup menu, when I was bored in a carpark. Managed to find it though, right at the back of the engine, halfway down. Ball ache of a job, but seems to have solved the problem, and has cleared the engine management light for now. Difficulty in changing gears - Ceed 1.6 diesel 2010. The gears in my Ceed have become a bit difficult to change - particularly changing to 1 and then 2 and down again. The clutch fluid res is on MAX.
